Halal Gourmet Summit 2023 is a food event taking place in Singapore featuring Halal fine dining cuisine. The branding for this event is inspired by the well-known Islamic symbol – the Khatim. This modern take on tradition gives it a more culturally neutral feel and, therefore, appeals to a wider audience.
